Seeing you lecture at the university in the morning, working on your research during the day, tutoring private students in the evening, and making desserts at night to make ends meet - all the while never losing your strength, work ethic, perseverance, and kindness towards others - has not only been an inspiration for me but also a lesson. From you I have learned that integrity comes first. I have learned that you might have to get your hands dirty if you want to reach your goal, and that no work is beneath you if it serves your vision. But most importantly, I have learned to be of help and be kind because you never know what people are going through. Everyone has a story. Mom, know that my personal mission is to stand alongside women and lift them up, carry your legacy and build a business rooted in integrity. Born and raised in Armenia by a single mother, and then later immigrating to the United States, where she built a seven figure business from the ground up, Mané is the embodiment of perseverance, work ethic, and strategic brilliance. Fast forward to today, Mané is the founder and CEO of four boutique companies, leading an international team of 20 members. She has consulted more than 58 companies world wide, ranging from sole proprietors to large corporations. Last year alone, her clients generated over $2.5 million, collectively, in annual revenue. If you were to ask her what her secret to success is she would tell you “a positive attitude, treating your business like it’s fucking Coca Cola (yes we swear here) no matter how big or small it is and a mission that drives you”. Inspired by her mom, Station Rove is part of Mané’s personal mission to help women have access to the resources, expertise, and support they need to grow their businesses and to continue to break glass ceilings for women everywhere.
